3 month Intensive Revision for ACCA F5

Wednesday, 31 August 2011 10:40

There are still another 5 places available in the 3 Month ACCA F5 Intensive Revision Course.

If you know of any friends wanting to join this class, please ask them to contact us as soon as possible, as this class will start on the 7th of September (Wednesday) 2011 at 6.30pm. Over the 3 months we will be revising the full F5 syllabus, and if weaknesses are discovered, additional classes will be conducted (probably on Fridays). The full course fees is RM250 and if they are new to the college, a registration of RM50 is also required. Actually all 12 places were fully booked but some of the students PASSED last June and will not be needing the places booked. In fact one of them who think she failed, actually scored 69 for the paper. Please recommend only serious students - if they are not very strong, it will not be a problem, but if they are not serious, no one can help them.

If you have anyone interested, please tell them to contact: Dr Tee at 03-20261776 from next Monday onwards. We will be closed until then.

Guests visiting this site

Last Updated on Wednesday, 31 August 2011 10:39 Monday, 29 August 2011 06:16

This site is for members only, but anyone who wishes to join, may get an existing member to propose his or her names to the administrators. Without such a recommendation, all applications will be rejected. Alternatively, you may contact me at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . However, discussion on whether to accept new members or not is done once every month, so please, if you have applied, do be patient.

New applicants must identify themselves fully, and we do check every aspect of their applications, even their professional bodies registration numbers and present colleges. Some colleges do not want us to give membership to their students, and we have to comply with their request. For the other colleges who have given us permission, we have admitted their students.

The examiners/lecturers articles will be most useful, as you will be able to understand how they interpret the relevant topics, and their definitions of the terms, and not how they are interpreted by some teachers.

The past year questions and answers will definitely be useful. Do try the questions before checking the answers ... and we hope to make available questions from ALL examination bodies for all papers, as they will be most helpful in showing how a topic may be tested. If you are not clear, you can always discuss your doubts with other members on the forums provided.

8 chapters (our of a total of 21) have been uploaded for Study Skills. For the newer students, please go through each chapter carefully, especially those pertaining to essay writing and presentation.

Coming in the next weeks are: Important Topics for this years exams and Summary Facts. We will also be giving you a number of Psychological Tests to enable you to know more about yourself, your strengths and weaknesses, and how you can overcome problems.

The e-test system will also be started very soon. Our present test runs shows that upgrading is definitely required.

Audio-video lectures on all subjects will soon be available.

This is a free site providing help to students who have the same ideas and objectives as out team at ERC and we do not charge anyone anything, just that they be honest with us and follow our rules.

I would like to welcome all the new members to PassesUnlimited.com to maximise usage of the site to exchange information and raise queries regarding their studies.

Basically there are 3 sections.

Knowledge - important information will be available in the Articles from Examinsers and Lecturers from around the world. If you need extra information regarding any topic/subject, please let us know. There will also be additional questions for practise as well as answers to class questions. Analysis of past-year papers and important areas will also be highlighted. The Summary Facts are condensed notes - Go through them, and if you are not sure of any line, it shows where you must revise.

Forums - These enable students/members to discuss with each other as well as our team, any doubts they may have. It also enhances communication among students and lecturers.

Self analysis - Psychological tests, Mind Power, Study Skills, enable students to develop their inner skills which are fundamental for everyone. Although these are exam based (for the moment) in the near future, work/career based sections will be added to help you improve there as well. The Intro series provides self test MCQs as well as key facts.

In addition, the followings sections will also be available:

1 Do you know? - to enable easier revision of key facts

2 MCQs - over 2,000 questions to give students additional practice

3 Past year questions and answers - so that you can see what were tested, and what type of answers are required.

4 Articles and current news on business matters - to enhance your background knowledge of the business world.

5 e-Tests - to enable students to test themselves against students from a number of schools and countries, and so see what level of understanding have been achieved and what else needs to be done.

If there are anything else you may like, please let us know.
